Position: Sales & Marketing Manager
We are looking to find the right candidate who will meet the criteria below for the position of the Sales & Marketing Manager of a huge complex of apartments in Bulgaria
Job Description:
The Andreas Sofocleous Group of Companies with headquarters in Cyprus is diversifying into the real estate sector through a new-build, residential development project on the Black Sea Coast of Bulgaria, called Sole Mare By-The-Sea. The complex of 174 high spec studios and 1, 2 and 3 bedroom apartments is located in an unspoiled and underdeveloped area right on the beach close to the small village of Aheloy which is 15 minutes of the famous Sunny Beach. The city of Burgas is less than 30km away. The Black Sea Coast of Bulgaria is popular amongst tourists and those looking for a holiday home in the sun or a low-cost destination for retirement.
Responsibilities:
- Achieving growth and hitting sales targets by successfully managing the sales team.
- Designing and implementing a strategic sales plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure it’s strong presence.
- Managing recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives.

- Own recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives.
- Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs resent sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team
- Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status
- Show properties to potential clients and renters.
- Answer clients questions about credit terms, products, notary fees, prices, availability, etc.
- Explores all market channels to generate business leads and inquiries. Use technical selling methods and product knowledge to promote the company’s projects and services.
- Coordinate the real estate companies.
- Develops a database of qualified leads through referrals, telephone canvasing, face to face meetings, direct mail, email and networking.
- Travel abroad to attend exhibitions, seminars, conferences to expand industry knowledge and professional network.
- Creation of Marketing Plan and Budget
- Selection, briefing, supervision and evaluation of marketing agencies (both creative and digital)
- Identify priority target market segments and conduct keyword research
- Usage of digital marketing techniques (SEO, SEM, Display Advertising, Direct Deals, Remarketing, Social Posts and Ads) to put our product in front of the target audience and generate high quality leads
- Creation of marketing collateral to support sales and drive brand awareness (i.e. billboards in airport, sales brochure / presentation, web banners)
- Undertake any specific duties as required by the General Manager.
- Reporting to the General Manager.
Required Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales and marketing in real estate.
- Fluency in English and Greek (written and spoken).
- Knowledge of Bulgarian or any other language is a strong advantage.
- Leadership skills with experience in managing teams.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- Strong adaptability in a dynamic and competitive environment.
- Proficiency in marketing tools and CRM systems.
- High level of computer literacy (Power-Point & Excel)
