Public Announcement – Solemare by the Sea
Following our previous announcement regarding the termination of any cooperation with Sanders Group, Solemare by the Sea wishes to clarify that it has no ongoing relationship, cooperation, or affiliation with Sanders Group.
Any use of the name “Sanders Solemare by the Sea”, including any listings, representations, or bookings made under such name, is not authorised by Solemare by the Sea and does not reflect any current operational arrangement.
Accordingly, Solemare by the Sea does not manage, operate, or administer any such bookings and does not assume any responsibility or liability in connection therewith. Solemare by the Sea does not recognise such bookings as bookings of its residential complex.
Guests are further advised that any reservations relating to Solemare by the Sea should be made directly through the official Solemare by the Sea website https://www.solemareliving.com/ or through recognised booking platforms under the Solemare by the Sea name, and not under any third-party designation.
Guests affected are encouraged to contact us directly. While we will use our best efforts to accommodate such guests, any potential arrangement will be subject to verification of booking details, availability, and direct agreement with Solemare by the Sea.
Solemare by the Sea reserves all its rights in relation to this matter.
