Position: Sales Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team.
  • Design and implement a strategic sales plan that expands the company’s customer base and ensures its strong presence.
  • Manage recruiting, objective setting, coaching, and performance monitoring of sales representatives.
  • Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
  • Present sales, revenue, and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team.
  • Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.
  • Show properties to potential clients and renters.
  • Answer clients’ questions about credit terms, products, notary fees, prices, availability, etc.
  • Explore all market channels to generate business leads and inquiries. Use technical selling methods and product knowledge to promote the company’s projects and services.
  • Coordinate with real estate companies.
  • Develop a database of qualified leads through referrals, telephone canvassing, face-to-face meetings, direct mail, email, and networking.
  • Travel abroad to attend exhibitions, seminars, and conferences to expand industry knowledge and professional network.
  • Undertake any specific duties as required by the General Manager.
  • Report to the General Manager.

Location:

  • The place of work will be at the office in Sunny Beach

Working Hours:

  • From Monday to Friday – 09:00 to 13:00 & 15:00 to 19:00.

Salary:

  • Salary will be based on experience, education, and skills.
