Position: Sales Manager<\/strong><\/p>

Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>

  • Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team.<\/li>
  • Design and implement a strategic sales plan that expands the company\u2019s customer base and ensures its strong presence.<\/li>
  • Manage recruiting, objective setting, coaching, and performance monitoring of sales representatives.<\/li>
  • Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.<\/li>
  • Present sales, revenue, and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team.<\/li>
  • Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.<\/li>
  • Show properties to potential clients and renters.<\/li>
  • Answer clients’ questions about credit terms, products, notary fees, prices, availability, etc.<\/li>
  • Explore all market channels to generate business leads and inquiries. Use technical selling methods and product knowledge to promote the company\u2019s projects and services.<\/li>
  • Coordinate with real estate companies.<\/li>
  • Develop a database of qualified leads through referrals, telephone canvassing, face-to-face meetings, direct mail, email, and networking.<\/li>
  • Travel abroad to attend exhibitions, seminars, and conferences to expand industry knowledge and professional network.<\/li>
  • Undertake any specific duties as required by the General Manager.<\/li>
  • Report to the General Manager.<\/li><\/ul>

    Benefits:<\/strong><\/p>

    • The paid annual leave will be 20 working days.<\/li><\/ul>

      Location:<\/strong><\/p>

      • The place of work will be at the office in Sunny Beach<\/li><\/ul>

        Working Hours:<\/strong><\/p>

        • From Monday to Friday \u2013 09:00 to 13:00 & 15:00 to 19:00.<\/li><\/ul>

          Salary:<\/strong><\/p>
