Job Opportunity: Office Manager
Our company is looking for a highly organized and proactive Office Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily office operations, ensuring smooth workflow, and supporting the management team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage office operations and administrative tasks efficiently.
- Handle correspondence, scheduling, and document management.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and spreadsheets using Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Coordinate with different departments and external partners.
- Maintain organized records and ensure smooth communication within the office.
- Assists in the preparation and processing of contracts.
- Assist in administrative tasks.
Requirements:
- Fluency in English and Greek is required.
- Knowledge of Bulgarian or Russian will be considered an advantage.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple responsibilities.
- Previous experience in office administration or a similar role is preferred.
